Gem had seen early success from getting new business from previous customers, and they wanted to find a way to monitor job changes for their contacts. Before Warmly, it required a dedicated Program Manager to rely on LinkedIn and search every name individually. She would then need to update each Contact in Salesforce. She wound up spending 2 days every week going through Gem’s contacts to make sure contact data was up to date, but it was too manual, and more importantly, not scalable.
Gem partnered with Warmly to create their own Warm Outbound channel and proactively generate warm leads. With Warmly, Gem automatically tracks their contacts’ job changes and leverages Warmly’s integration with Salesfroce to sync the updated contact data back into their CRM.
